2. Products & Services

PrintLab Studio offers custom photo prints, framed artwork, canvas prints, acrylic displays, and photo books. All products may be customized based on customer preferences.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe and other approved payment methods.
  • By submitting payment, you confirm that all order details are correct.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Confirmed and paid orders will not be affected by price changes.

5. Custom Orders & Production

  • All custom products are made to order.
  • Production begins only after payment confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images are of sufficient quality.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
    • the product is defective
    • the wrong item was delivered
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and order volume.
  • PrintLab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrintLab Studio is not liable for:

  • minor color variations between digital and printed products
  • delays caused by third-party services
  • customer-provided image quality issues

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content created by PrintLab Studio remain the property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
